          When the new year comes around it seem like the perfect time for self-improvement, “New Year, New me” is a phrase we often hear in the first of January. It is very common to start a new year’s resolution on this day. New year’s resolution are great idea to give people the motivation to do something goal for themselves.

          My New Year’s resolution is to know Jesus deeper and deeper and to read his words often. Finishing my modules early so that I wouldn’t end up rushing. I will be more respectful to my parents and people who surrounds me. I will try my best to get fit this year in order to healthy and to overcome my illness. I will be more matured in emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I will think carefully and be more considerate on words that I want to say to other people. I will be more responsible in everything that I do. To be grateful in small things day by day so that I will be more grateful in big things because God is always good. I will be more helpful to those who need my help or advice. I will concur all my fears with the help of my friends and family and also the guidance of the Lord. I will discipline myself to avoid getting trouble and to control my temper everytime. I will avoid myself to think negative thoughts that may conclude to harm myself and others. I will avoid being insecured by other girls. I promise that I will love myself whole-heartedly, to value my worth and to accept my flaws in my life.

          New Year’s resolution can change a one’s person life. I’ll try my best to change myself for the better. I’ll discipline myself to achieve my new year’s resolution. Be the best version of myself.
